TERMS OF USE FOR TEACHMINT PRODUCT(S)
1. Introduction
By using this Teachmint X Interactive Flat Panel Display (“Teachmint Product”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use are intended to ensure the safe, proper, and efficient use of the Teachmint Product and to safeguard your rights under the warranty provided by Teachmint for the Teachmint Product (“Warranty”).
2. Proper Use and Maintenance
2.1 Installation and Setup
The Teachmint Product must be installed and set up by a qualified technician authorized by Teachmint. Proper earthing is mandatory; if your electrical power supply lacks earthing, engage a qualified electrician to remedy this before installation. Securely mount the Teachmint Product using the included Wall Mount Kit or on a Floor Trolley authorized by Teachmint. If using a floor trolley, ensure that it’s kept on a stable, flat surface and the wheels are locked. If the floor trolley has not been purchased from Teachmint, you must ensure that it supports the weight and dimensions of the Teachmint Product purchased by you and is of good quality to avoid any damage to your Teachmint Product. Avoid placing the Teachmint Product near water sources or in areas prone to high humidity or dust.
2.2 Power Supply and Electrical Safety
Connect the Teachmint Product only to a properly grounded power outlet using the supplied Power Cable. Ensure the power supply matches the voltage requirements specified in the Teachmint Product specifications. Use a reliable Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to protect the Teachmint Product rom power surges, voltage fluctuations, and power cuts. Do not overload electrical outlets or extension cords.
2.3 Operation
Operate the Teachmint Product in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Do not cover the ventilation openings. Use the provided Stylus and Touch Cable for interactive functions. Avoid using sharp objects that could damage the touch surface. Do not insert any objects except for compatible accessories like USB Drives into the Teachmint Product's openings or ports. Do not operate the Teachmint Product without wearing footwear. Do not operate the Teachmint Product with moist or wet hands.
2.4 Environmental Conditions
Use the Teachmint Product within the temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and humidity range of 20% to 80% (non-condensing). Keep the Teachmint Product away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and areas of high vibration.
2.5 Cleaning and Maintenance
Regularly clean the Teachmint Product using a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use a cloth lightly dampened with a mild glass cleaning solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Periodically check and clean the ventilation openings to ensure proper airflow. Avoid spilling any liquids on the Teachmint Product.
3. Prohibited Actions
3.1 Tampering and Unauthorized Repairs
Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the Teachmint Product yourself. Unauthorized repairs void the Warranty. Only authorized Teachmint service personnel should carry out repairs or maintenance of the Teachmint Product.
3.2 Improper Handling
Do not drop, bump, or subject the Teachmint Product to physical shock. Avoid placing heavy objects on the Teachmint Product or applying excessive pressure on the screen.
3.3 Misuse
Do not use the Teachmint Product for purposes other than its intended educational and interactive functions. Avoid exposing the Teachmint Product to harmful substances such as chemicals, oils, and gasses.
4. Software and Updates
4.1 Usage
Use only the software and applications approved or provided by Teachmint or installed via the Google Play Store. Use of unauthorized software may cause malfunctions and will void the Warranty.
4.2 Third-Party Applications
Teachmint is not responsible for the performance, security, or compatibility of third-party applications. Use such third-party applications at your own risk.

5.1 Reporting Issues
Report any defects or issues in the Teachmint Product promptly to Teachmint's support team at support@teachmint.com or 080-35073710. Provide proof of purchase and follow Teachmint’s procedures for availing Warranty service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Teachmint be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, information, data or use, whether in action in contract or tort, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Teachmint Product, even if Teachmint has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The liability of Teachmint for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you (as stated in your invoice for the Teachmint Product): (i) to Teachmint, or (ii) a Teachmint authorized reseller for the Teachmint Product.
7. Compliance with Laws
Users of the Teachmint Product, must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using the Teachmint Product. Any use of the Teachmint Product that violates laws or regulations may result in the termination of your rights under these Terms of Use and the Warranty.
8. Amendments
