2. Multi-Device Roaming & Synchronization
* Universal Access: Authorized teachers may log into any TMX Device in the school ecosystem to access their files, whiteboard sessions, and recordings instantly.
* Seamless Sync: All annotations and recordings saved on one TMX Device are automatically synced to the cloud and made available on any other TMX Device upon teacher login.
* Web & Mobile Prep: All users receive full access to their storage vault via the TeachmintX Web Portal and Mobile App for remote lesson planning.
3. Service Lifecycle & Post-Expiry "Transient Mode"
Upon the conclusion of the 3-year term (36 months from activation), the following
* Transient Mode: policies apply unless a renewal is processed:
Continued Uploads: Teachers may still generate and save new whiteboard sessions and classroom recordings to the cloud.
* 48-Hour Retention: Any content uploaded after the 3-year expiry period will be hosted in the cloud for up to 48 hours.
* Auto-Purge: After the 48-hour window, transient content is automatically removed from the cloud.
* Legacy Data Grace Period: Data stored during the initial 3-year term will remain accessible for download/export for 60 days following the plan expiry.
4. Storage Flexibility
*Individual Quota (Standard): Under the Standard plan, storage is fixed at 5GB per license to ensure fair distribution across the 5 users.
*Institutional Pooling (Premium Plus): Premium Plus accounts feature "Flexible Allocation," allowing the school administrator to redistribute the 200GB total capacity among the 10 assigned licenses based on specific teacher requirements (e.g., higher limits for media-heavy subjects).
5. Acceptable Use & Security
* Educational Purpose: Storage is dedicated to academic resources. Teachmint reserves the right to suspend licenses used for hosting non-educational or prohibited media.
* Data Integrity: Teachmint employs industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. While Teachmint maintains high availability, institutions are encouraged to perform periodic local backups of critical institutional records.
* License Reassignment: If a teacher leaves the institution, the admin may reassign the license slot. The institution has 30 days to migrate existing data before the storage slot is reset for the new user.
