Teachmint X- Dead on Arrival (DoA) Policy
1. The Teachmint Product is considered to be Product is Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) if the following circumstances are observed by Teachmint -
- if it is found to be non-functional or has a manufacturing defect upon initial setup or delivery.
- the end-user has reported the defect within three (3) business days; i. For the end-user purchasing installation as a service from Teachmint, it shall be three (3) business days from the date of the unboxing. ii. For the end-user not purchasing the installation as a service, it shall be three (3) business days from the date of delivery.
2. To process your DOA claim effectively, kindly ensure you follow the following steps -
- If the product is delivered in damaged condition, please mention the same in the delivery receipt.
- Unboxing Video: A complete, unedited video recording of the Teachmint Product(s) unboxing process, clearly showing the condition of the packaging and the product as it is removed. This is crucial for verifying the claim.
- Share Product details (e.g., serial number etc) and Order details (e.g., Tax Invoice, Bill to Ship To address, tracking details) as requested by the Teachmint Support Team.
3. Upon verification and confirmation of a valid DOA claim, Teachmint shall provide a replacement of the affected Teachmint Product(s). Teachmint will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the defective/damaged unit and dispatching the replacement unit. Our aim is to minimize your downtime and ensure you receive a fully functional product as quickly as possible.
