HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

  1.1.  All warranty claims shall be raised by the end-user purchaser to Teachmint’s support team at: support@teachmint.com | 080-35073710. The SLAs for technical support for Products shall be as per Clause 6.

a.      Initiating a Claim: All warranty claims, including DOA (Dead On Approval)/in-transit damage, should be raised by the end-user purchaser to Teachmint’s support team via email or phone:

●      Email: support@teachmint.com

●      Phone: 080-35073710

b.     Documents and information required to initiate a valid Claim:

●      Tax invoice

●      Serial number of device

●      Description of the claim/issue

For all warranty claims, we would require the Customer’s support for the initial remote troubleshooting process to support our team.
